As a Payroll Associate at First Trust ACPA, you will be responsible for delivering a range of payroll services. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery and provide timely responses to any inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing a specific portfolio of clients and ensuring all assigned engagements are properly maintained.
• Coordinate with the team to deliver high-quality services to client
• Support accurate and timely processing of monthly/bi-weekly payroll
• Collect, verify, and update employee payroll data including attendance, overtime, and deductions
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity in payroll systems
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and final payroll settlements
• Support calculation of statutory deductions and contributions in compliance with Singapore regulations
• Generate pay slips and assist in responding to employee payroll queries
• Prepare standard payroll reports and support audits when required
• Ensure payroll documentation confidentiality and compliance with internal controls

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Human Resource,
Accounting, or Financing.
• Proficiency in English.

Grant Thornton Vietnam is an independent member firm of Grant Thornton International and was established in 1993. Initially it was a joint venture with Concetti. In 1997, Grant Thornton Vietnam was converted to a 100% foreign owned enterprise, and opened a branch in Ho Chi Minh City.
In 1998, we officially became a full member of Grant Thornton International. The firm's name was changed to Grant Thornton (Vietnam) Limited in 1999.
In 2007, we proudly met the criteria to audit listed companies.
In 2013, we were more than excited to celebrate our 20 years Anniversary in Vietnam. It has been a gratifying and successful endeavour as we have grown from our first days in 1993 to who we are today. Also in this year, Grant Thornton Vietnam has been listed as the only foreign invested firm that has been permitted to determine the value of 100-per-cent state-owned enterprises by the Ministry of Finance Vietnam.
2014 has marked another milestone. From 1st July 2014, Grant Thornton Vietnam Ltd and Nexia ACPA Auditing & Consulting Co Ltd ("ACPA") are to merge officially. The merged firm will be part of the Grant Thornton global network and will practice under the Grant Thornton name. The merger brings together a leading professional services firm in Vietnam with an excellent combination of professional team of 14 partners and more than 220 professional staff in offices located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
In 2015, Grant Thornton Vietnam was listed as the only foreign invested firm that has been permitted to determine the value of 100-per-cent state-owned enterprises by Ministry of Finance Vietnam. In 2016, we remain dedicated to delivering solutions to meet our clients' current and future needs, and continue to be focused on helping our clients to unlock the growth potential of their business.
In 2018, we are very excited to celebrate our 25 years anniversary in Vietnam.
